Membership
Yes – We are a member-accessed organization. After obtaining membership, you will meet with one of our licensed providers that will determine your eligibility and prescribe all applicable treatment medications. Our membership allows us to provide the lowest possible wholesale prices on medications.
Yes – Your initial membership package requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Following your initial package, your membership will renew on a month-to-month basis until you terminate in accordance with the terms and conditions.
No – Vita Bella does not accept insurance or process any claims through insurance. In most cases, we are far cheaper than using insurance. We do take HSA or FSA cards for purchasing your medications. We can provide superbills, upon request, for submission to insurance to go toward your deductible.
We are currently providing care in 15 states. We will be expanding aggressively into all 50 states so please reach out to Support@VitaBella.com to see if we can help you in your state.
Providers CONSULTATIONS
Vita Bella is a service you can use from the comfort of your home. Through our telemedicine platform, you will be able to connect with and have a face-to-face appointment with your provider.
Currently, we only offer telemedicine visits (Video and sound).
If there are medications that we offer, we can prescribe those. We are not a replacement for your primary care or specialty care provider who might be prescribing and monitoring medications such as blood pressure or cholesterol medications.
If you are currently taking medications that we offer, we can take over that care as long as you’re taking them within a recommended dosage.
All of our providers are licensed in the state of your residence. Our providers are experienced in our treatments and have received additional training on our medication and protocols.
Treatments
Vita Bella and its team of providers work with some of the highest regarded and accredited compounding pharmacies in the country to provide the best quality products at the most competitive price.
Labs
Labwork isn’t always required but is always recommended. When wanting to address any hormonal concerns, we require a basic HRT panel be drawn. We also have a comprehensive lab that includes more important markers for evaluating your health.
Once signed up, we can write a lab order to Quest Diagnostics. Just get your labs drawn at your local facility or schedule an at-home draw at your convenience.
Labs are not included with the membership. We negotiate the lowest possible prices for our labs without the need for insurance.
We always recommend labs, but they are only required if you are interested in hormone therapy (testosterone, enclomiphene, etc). These labs must be done prior to prescribing medication. This is our HRT required lab panel for $89.

Shipping & Returns
Every order is custom made and shipped directly to your door. As soon as your Vita Bella provider sends the script, you can expect to have your medication shipped to your home in 3-7 days.
Unfortunately, due to the rules around medications, Vita Bella and the pharmacies we utilize cannot accept any returns for medications.
